The program of events during the XI Harvest Festival is the following:
Thursday, 11 October
19:00 h. Official opening of the XI VINTAGE PARTY by authorities, technicians and Local Hospitality Board in the Miner Statue Park in Cangas del Narcea.
Performances of regional bagpipe and dance groups. Beginning of the development of the days through the streets of the town with handicraft exhibitions, typical local products, regional and national, and with tasting and sale of the Quality wines Cangas.
20:00 h. I Joint Tasting of Quality Wines of Cangas, for technical authorities and Local Hospitality Board, in the Patio of the City Council of Cangas del Narcea. Tasting Directed by the oenologist Isabel Andrés.
23:00 h. Verbena in the tent located in the Miner's Statue Park.
Friday, 12 October
11:00 h. Start of activity in the streets. Throughout the day you can enjoy entertainment with performances by folk groups and bagpipes, and craft exhibitions, typical local products, regional and national, and with tasting and sale of the Quality wines Cangas.
12:00 h. Children's Harvest in the miner's statue park.
12:00 h. II Popular Tasting of Quality Wines from Cangas *, organized by Bodegas Monasterio de Corias. It will be held in the Parque de la Reguerala. Directed by the winemaker Juan Manuel Redondo.
17:00 h. Children's Harvest in the Miner's Statue Park.
20:00 h. III Popular Tasting of Quality Wines from Cangas *, organized by the Regulatory Council of Quality wine Cangas. It will be held in the Parque de la Reguerala.
23:00 h. Verbena in the tent located in the Miner's Statue Park.
Saturday, 13 October
11:00 h. Continuation of the days with various activities in the streets. Throughout the day you can enjoy entertainment with performances by folk groups and bagpipes, and craft exhibitions, typical local products, regional and national, and with tasting and sale of the Quality wines Cangas.
12:00 h. Celebration of Religious Acts in the Basilica Sta. Mª Magdalena, starting the IX Grand Chapter of the Cangas Wine Brotherhood. Mass sung by the Cangas del Narcea Polyphonic Choir.
12:00 h. IV Popular Tasting of Quality Wines from Cangas, organized by Bodegas Obanca. It will be held in the Auditorium of the House of Culture of Cangas del Narcea. Directed by the winemaker Silvia Herrera.
13:00 h. Act of IX Grand Chapter of the Cangas Wine Brotherhood at Toreno Theater, for the appointment of new Brotherhoods and Brotherhoods of Honor.
18:00 h. Delivery of the Cepa de Oro from the Local Hospitality Board a D. Javier Clemente, in the Tent located in the Park of the Statue of the Miner.
18:15 h. Reception of Brotherhoods by the Brotherhood of Wine of Cangas in the courtyard of the Town Hall and subsequent departure from the Parade of Cofrades from the Plaza del Ayuntamiento to the Plaza de la Oliva.
The Parade of Cofrades will be accompanied by the cart pulled by the cows and by all the grape harvesters for after the parade they will be held in the Plaza de la Oliva la staging of a traditional footprint.
20:00 h. V Popular Tasting of Quality Wines from Cangas *, organized by Bodegas Antón Chicote. It will be held in the Parque de la Reguerala. Directed by the winemaker Manuel Areal.
